A small plane carrying three people crashed on Friday morning in South Florida near a major interstate highway and pushed a car onto railroad tracks, officials said. Japan is suspending flights by its Osprey aircraft, officials said, one day after a US Air Force Osprey based in Japan crashed into the sea during a training mission.
